Please contact me if you have any questions, or if you just want to chat about the work of Ray and Charles and their contemporaries.
If you worked in any sort of creative field during the 1940's, 1950's or 1960's, I would be honored if you would call and share your memories with me. In an attempt to preserve and recognize the creative contributions of the many wonderful people who were active in the mid century period, I am striving to create an archive of information as well as objects that will include documents and examples of the work of all sorts of contemporaries of Ray and Charles Eames. In this way, I hope to encourage recognition and appreciation of the many other interesting designers, artists, architects, engineers, craftspeople and creative souls who contributed to the development of modernism.
Call to discuss your materials, memories and creative connections with me. We are always eager to look at material that is available for purchase and preservation. If you are a creative soul who is retiring or relocating and have some items available, please feel free to let us know. We are willing to travel to purchase, or discuss online, your creative and decorative art libraries and office files.
We purchase libraries including old books, magazines, catalogs and reference material, files, drawings, photos, artwork and mid-century furnishings from the homes, offices and storage of artists, architects, engineers, designers, builders, craftspeople, advertising people, decorators, art teachers and other creative people who contributed to the development of modern design in mid-century America.
